How to Upload Dupes
Follow these simple steps to start selling your S&Box dupe creations on the marketplace.
Find Your Dupes
Your S&Box dupe files are located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sbox\data\dxura\dupes. Look for files with the .dupe extension.
Create Your Account
Sign in with your Steam account by clicking the "Sign in with Steam" button in the navigation bar. No separate registration is required. Your Steam profile is all you need.
Prepare Your Listing
Take some screenshots of your dupe in-game to showcase it to potential buyers. Think of a catchy name and write a detailed description that highlights what makes your dupe special.
Upload Your Dupe
Go to the Upload page, select your .dupe file, add up to 6 screenshots, set your price (minimum $0.50), and fill in all the details including gamemode and tags.
Pay the Listing Fee
A one-time $1.00 listing fee is required to publish your dupe. This helps maintain quality on the marketplace and prevents spam listings. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Start Earning
Once published, your dupe will be visible in the marketplace and you'll earn 90% of every sale. Track your earnings and manage your listings from your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
What file types can I upload?
Only .dupe files from S&Box are accepted. The maximum file size is 50MB. Screenshots can be JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format, up to 5MB each.
How much does it cost to list?
$1.00 one-time listing fee per dupe. This fee is non-refundable and helps maintain quality on the marketplace.
How much do I earn per sale?
You earn 90% of the sale price. The remaining 10% goes to dupes.gg to cover payment processing and platform maintenance.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are tracked in your dashboard and paid out via Stripe. You can view your total earnings, individual sale history, and pending payouts from the My Dupes page.
Can buyers share my dupes?
No. All buyers agree to our Terms of Service which prohibits sharing, redistributing, or pirating purchased dupes. Violations result in account termination.
What if someone steals my dupe?
We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe your content has been stolen, you can file a DMCA takedown notice through our DMCA Policy page. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
